DEFINITIONS:

REMY:
Cuticle runs in the same direction

VIRGIN:
No colourants or silicones added to hair. Hair in Natural State

PROCESSED:
Colour and Silicones added to hair to smooth out cuticles

TYPES OF QUALITY:

REMY:
Cuticles run in the same direction

PROCESSED:
Human hair that has been coloured or silicones added to smooth out cuticles

MIX:
Mix of Human hair and Synthetic

SYNTHETIC:
Hair made from high-quality fibres

QUALITY TEST:

CUTICLE:
Lightly run fingers from tip to root to feel for bumps. The more bumps the better the quality = REMY

COLOUR:
Lighter ends indicate high quality.

SMELL:
Harsher the smell the poorer the quality

SPLIT ENDS:
The highest quality has split ends
